Our lives keep getting busier, as we try to cram more and more into every week, every day, every hour. Multi-tasking products are a dream come true for busy women like myself, so I was quite pleased to be introduced to the new Avon Luxe Fabulous Finish Primer. We celebrated this primer launch at a studio in The School, Rosebery and were treated to a fun watercolour painting class!
Watercolour painting relies on having the right canvas, and having primed up skin can also help our makeup artistry. This Avon Luxe Fabulous Finish Primer is wonderfully glowy and infused with anti-ageing serum, but also has oil-absorbing, and line and pore filling properties. Talk about multi-talented.
We began by filling our plates with delicious bagels, and how flipping cute is this bagel wall of dreams.
We then took a seat and were so stunned with the incredible treats on our table, that looks more like art and decorations than food! A teabag biscuit, like whaaaat.
The teacher took us through the colour wheel to start us off. We then were officially given ‘play time’ to experiment and NOT make an artwork. The goal was to not make an art piece, but just have fun. It also involved swapping our paintings around the table and adding more layers and paint to others. Sounds scary and intimidating, but so nice to just let go and enjoy the process. The workshop crescendoed to us having to paint the poppies that we had on our tables, and I was actually kinda impressed with how mine turned out!
On to the product, introducing the new Avon Luxe Fabulous Finish Primer. Although this event was all about promoting this new product, nothing was actually said about it at all! It was a little strange, but I didn’t mind too much since the goodie bag had a great little write up in it and I enjoyed spending the morning relaxing, letting go and just enjoying some creative expression.
