Manicare Face and Body Tools Round Up

Manicare is the kind of brand that has always been around for me. Not usually my first choice, but perfect for when you’re just starting off with beauty or need cheap items like travel containers and luffas. I was quite keen when I was contacted to be gifted some Manicare products, so I decided to do a little review round up for ya’ll.

Facial Cleansing Brush RRP $13.09 – actually really nice. The bristles kind of feel like a bunch of small fingers massaging/rubbing your face (not in a creepy way). Just feels similar to actually using your hands to cleanse your face, which I like. I think the black looks very sleek and I have found the brush easy to clean.

Cellulose Sponges RRP $5.99 – very abrasive on my skin. Too abrasive for me. Will not use on my face.

Exfoliating Gloves RRP $9.99 – LOVE, good exfoliator for the better, but even BETTER for cleaning the bath as it drains, post Lush products! If you regularly have baths, and love bath bombs like I do, I highly recommend gloves like these, because they make cleaning the bath a dream.

Luxury Cleansing Sponge RRP $8.79 – I kinda LOL-ed at the notion that this sponge would be ‘luxury’ considered the cheap price and many other alternatives. Surprisingly, it does feel more luxury than most luffas like this I’ve tried! I’m not joking, how strange right? So reference, I normally buy them from Coles. This Manicare one feels a lot more sturdy and it a little bit more abrasive because there isn’t as much flexibility in the sponge. This one does feel like it won’t part apart anywhere near as quickly as the usual ones I buy. Thumbs up from me.

Travel Bottles RRP $5.59 and Cosmetics Jars RRP $5.99 –  I haven’t used these yet because I haven’t needed to. But I think they’d be great for when you’re travelling, especially on planes where weight matters.

Ergonomic Pumice Stone RRP $8.39 – I found this product interesting. It legits looks like a piece of cement, so I kinda feel like they should be selling it for 50cents a piece :P.

Flawless Complexion Sponge RRP $13.50 – I would love to do a beauty blender and dupes comparison post, so stay tuned for that. For now, just assume I stay loyal to my Beauty Blender :).

What are your Manicure stables? At such low prices (that regularly go on sale!), how can you go wrong? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

I was so into Manicure when I started in pharmacy 10 years ago. It’s a brand that covered many beauty accessories from skin stuff, nails and brushes. They are my go to for nail clippers lol.
